If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you be respectful of the therapists’ time and cancel as soon as possible. This will allow someone else the opportunity to receive a treatment and will avoid a loss of income for the therapist. You may be charged for your appointment if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand.
